Old cars with a/c that does not work. Manager said that you can't expect a/c to keep a black car cool with 10 people in it when it is 90 (it was hotter than that in the limo). Also said that it wasn't his problem if the people in the back were not smart enough to turn on the a/c. This was not the problem -- the driver said that the a/c was not working right. Prepare to be insulted if you use this company.
