BJs Catering

Holy cow! the food was excellent. We received a number of compliments on the food. I cannot speak highly enough about the food, or the service.

BJ's is a great catering company. I have a lot of "big" eaters in my family. They loved the buffet set-up and the food was excellent. The redskin/garlic potatos are the BEST!!!!!

BUT, the problems began with communication. The day of the wedding the lead caterer argued with me about placement for the bar and argued about whether we paid for the cake cutting service. Seriously, the DAY of.

Billing was poorly done as well. Additional charges that were not disclosed on the original quote or even mentioned were billed later. Phone calls not returned in a timely fashion or returned at all to discuss these issues. I know not much can be done after the wedding is over, but at least call me to discuss the problems that I had.

Wow! I am so happy we only went with them for rentals and not for catering. We rented tents from them which were fine, but we also rented all our dishes from them which were supposed to be delivered clean. The water containers had a weird green mold at the bottom and most of the dishes had to be rewashed using our own dishwasher. They also forgot to deliver things we ordered and payed for. Overall the whole experience with them was horrible and I would not suggest going with them for rentals or catering. Instead try rentals express in Indian River. We rented their trailer bathroom and it was awesome!
