PLEASE DO NOT BOOK! They will make your reception a big headache and many more problems. He did not have enough utensils for everyone. He was late and the staff was rude! The food was good but however his customer service skills are non existent! He did not bring enough appetizers which he stated "NOT A PROBLEM." I had to call him while i was taking pictures after my wedding to make for sure that he was coming because no one was there and never took the time to come and set up earlier like he promised he would. He may be fine for small events but don't book if you have anything over 250 guests. The worst ever. He did the drinks as well and was charging guests for drinks when i had already paid for that. Please pay the extra money to go with someone else!! Not worth the stress on your wedding day!! He will ruin it!

FIND ANOTHER CATERER!!!!!! Jim is unprofessional and will only ruin your wedding like he did mine. He never returns your calls, he will charge you more for things, and you have to double check everything with him.

The performance of the caterer and staff was very impressive. The layout of the food looked great and everything tasted wonderful. They cut the cake for us too! We also had them cater for our rehearsal dinner to our home and all the food provided for that was excellent too.
