We hired a bartender and bought all of our beer and champagne through Cap N'Cork. One of our guests wanted to gift us wine and Cap'N'Cork was had no problem with us doing that. And anything we didn't open, Cap'N'Cork took back. The bartender was $25/hour, and the kegs and champagne were completely reasonably priced.
