Black Tie Limousine Service

My girlfriends booked this limo as a surprise for my bachelorette party. And it was the worst limo experience I have ever had.

The SUV stretch limo arrived on time, but filthy dirty. The limo was obviously not cleaned after the previous guests. There was garbage and spilled alcohol in the cup holders, and swear words written all over the inside of the windows with some sort of sticky goo. The whole limo stank of alcohol. It was also a much older limo, and not very nice at all.

When I called the next morning to complain, I was told that the limo was clean, and I was just making up stories to try and get some money back. I assured the manager that this was not the case, but he continued to get mad and tell me I was just a stuck up rich girl trying to take advantage of him and his company, and then hung up on me.

I have booked many limos before for wedding events, and never again will I do so with this company.

The only thing that was not perfect at our wedding was our limo service. The limo driver was absolutely horrible! We had paid for 3 hours of service (1.5 hours on the way to the wedding and 1.5 hours on the way back) and we got maybe a total of 1.25 hours of service and were constantly rushed by the impatient, unprofessional and horrible limo driver. Once I had returned from my honeymoon I had called the owner of the company, who really didn't do anything much to rectify the situation. I basically got less than half the service I paid for. I would NOT even consider this company for any limo services for any occasion.
