Jaymz was very accommodating prior to the wedding with great engagement photographs and travel to our wedding in Port Severn. We are happy with his service on the wedding day and his photographs.

However, the rating above reflects the fact that he has not produced a wedding album for us, which was part of our contract, even though it has been *9 months*. Furthermore, he has been ignoring our repeated phone calls and emails to get information on timelines and when we can expect it. Our friends had a similar problem and it appears the other reviewer on this website has been dealing with the same.

From the moment we met James in his studio, we knew he was a perfect fit for us. He was slightly over our budget, so we had to think about it, but in the end, we decided we wanted the best photographer we could get. James did not disappoint. In fact, I wish I could give him more stars, because he just went so above and beyond for us. He set up a photo booth during the reception, and even brought a 2nd shooter! Our engagement photo's are incredible, I never knew we could look so good! James arrived in the morning to take a couple shots of the girls getting ready (and his assistant went to visit the boys), and they didn't leave the reception until after the party was over. Almost everyone we talked to at the wedding made a comment about how great he was. He was even on the dance floor dancing away with us, making sure he was always there to get some good/funny/crazy shots. Really looking forward to seeing what he comes back with! [edited to add] changed our rating to a 3/5 stars, because it's now 5 months after the wedding, and we still don't have our photos. Terrible post wedding service.
