Weddings in our church may be performed by an ordained minister of your choice approved by our minister. Fees for ministerial services are separate and arranged directly with the minister who will officiate at your wedding.

Our church organist, or someone approved by our organist, may play for your wedding by request. Their fees are arranged directly with them. The grand piano is available for use by a pianist of the couple’s choosing. Our sound system can accommodate original CD’s, flash drives, or can be used to amplify musicians or vocalists.

Initial arrangements for your wedding and/or reception will be made through the church office. The wedding facilitator will be in charge of the specific plans and physical arrangements for your wedding and the rehearsal, as well as specific requests. You will be given the facilitator’s contact number when you make your initial deposit. She may be assisted by a second facilitator to meet the needs of the bridal party, florist, musicians, and photographer, as well as the caterer and disc jockey, should you choose to hold your reception in our Fellowship Hall. The rehearsal is usually conducted one or two evenings prior to the wedding date.

The Sanctuary features stained glass windows, an open chancel, organ, grand piano, and air conditioning. It seats a maximum of 250 people. A fee of $900.00 includes four candelabras with candles, kneeling bench, unity candle, wedding facilitator, custodian, sound system and rooms for the bridal parties. Twelve glass chimney pew candelabras designed to be positioned along the aisle, may be rented for $50.

The Chapel is a less formal setting for a small wedding with a maximum of 50 guests. Its lush plants, mural and furnishings create a serene setting. It is air conditioned and has a piano. The fee of $450.00 covers two candelabras with candles and the unity candle. It is likely to be available on short notice.

The Glen is an outdoor chapel with a stone altar, statuary, picturesque bridge, and oak and pine trees. Receptions may be held in an adjacent outdoor dining area or in Fellowship Hall. The base fee for use of the Glen is $650, which covers the cost of the wedding facilitator, custodian, candelabras, and preparation of the area for your wedding. You may use our P.A. system with your taped music, keyboard, or piano.

Our beautiful Fellowship Hall is available for catered receptions, from tea sandwiches and cake, to buffets or formal lunches and dinners with dancing. The hall will accommodate 220 guests with a dance floor if dinner is a buffet. If dinner is served from the kitchen, the hall will accommodate up to 230. Fees for use of the Hall for a full reception are $900. The fee includes the use of the kitchen. After five hours, time will be charged at a rate of $100 per hour. Alcohol is not allowed in the church, Fellowship Hall, or in the parking lot. In place of alcohol, sparkling cider may be used for the toast.
