Simon Pearce: The Mill at Quechee is an ideal location to hold your private gatherings. Our private dining room was once occupied by Simon and his family and therefore historically called "The Apartment". The space can host up to 70 guests and features a private outdoor terrace for you and your guests overlooking the Ottauquechee River. Work with our event planner to customize your event from the menu to the seating arrangements.

As always, all items from our restaurant are served in our handblown glass or on our hand made pottery. You and your guests can also observe glassblowers and potters creating our original designs or browse our retail store. As an additional benefit, your guests will enjoy a 20% savings on all first quality Simon Pearce glass and pottery designs from the retail store during the event.
