Professional Limousine

Terrible. Awful. Do not use them.

The driver was nice, but the managers are god awful. We paid a ton of money for a 22 person escalade, and it arrived with a broken radio. We could not play music for the 4 hours we used the limo for the wedding... so we rode to the church in silence, rode to the reception in silence.... it is so embarrassing to rent an escalade and tell everyone about it, and have it be broken. So I wanted to be compensated for the broken radio, since we paid the same as other people for a vehicle in a worse condition. I had to call four times before reaching a manager, who never returned my previous calls. Then, I was told I would be called by another manager at a specific time and day, and he never called. I am still working on resolving this issue over a month after the wedding.
