We hired this event coordinator to alleviate some of the wedding planning stress, and though they did, it still felt as though we had to keep our coordinator in check and everything was nickel-and-dimed (which is understandable with coordinators in general, but one could hope for above average service). During the ceremony, there was a flub in the order of things, so my family improvised to smooth things over. Also, I would have preferred if our coordinator dressed a bit more appropriately for the event date.
As far as the pros of this vendor, they did respond to all emails/phone calls/etc. that we made with questions and concerns. They were very thorough with the schedule of events for the entire day, as well as finding out answers to questions from other vendors. Our coordinator did propose ideas that we hadn't thought of that were beneficial to us saving money. She was also very accommodating to our schedule for meet-ups.
