Very bitchy ladies, very pushy, they did not seem very interested in what I had described. I only ended up buying because it was cheaper than the same dress at another store. After reading other reviews on google, I agree and definitely wouldn't recommend them

Not overly friendly until dress was purchased. Not the highlight of my wedding planning experience.
