Cindy Bender formerly worked for Nevill's Florists, but now she does everything from home. She is FABULOUS!!! Her flower arrangements were breathtaking and better than I could have imagined. Because she works from home, she is very economical. We had a lot of roses in our bouquets and arrangements and the price was still very reasonable.
