We had Nicks Hamburgers bring their hamburger trailer to our site for a late-night snack. If you've never had Nick's, it's worth a special trip to Brookings, SD. They're so tasty and our guests LOVED having something yummy to eat later in the evening. The owner, Dick Fergen, is very easy to work with and such a sweet man. We love Nicks!
