The single largest residential property on the island of Key West, lush tropical gardens, the largest pool in south Florida when first installed (1937), the world famous polydactyl cats and the site where Ernest Hemingway felt the intensity of the property, after all he wrote 70% of his lifetime works in this home, his home.
