The story of Victory Bakery and Restaurant goes back to 1955 when Victory Ice Cream was first established in Lebanon. In 1962 the operation expanded and Victory Bakery was established. In 1988 Victory Ice Cream was established in Montebello and Victory Bakery opened its doors in 1992 in Whittier. Victory Bakery and Restaurant now boasts 32 employees and we cater to all customers nationwide.
