Big "whoops" with this one. Their name certainly did not lend anything to their performance, that's for sure - in fact, when it came down to making sure the key moments of the evening ran smoothly (i.e. Bride/Groom entrance song, Father/Daughter dance, Mother/Son dance), the DJ hadn't even previewed the music during set up to ensure the songs played properly... so if you haven't guessed it yet, that's right... all of those songs were somehow messed up - either cut short, or skipped. Unbelievably disappointing. It should be noted as well that the particular DJ that was hired for our function (Rob) took about 20 smoke breaks and could not be found during several points of the evening by our Emcee, who was trying to keep the night flowing well. Overall - I rated them quite poorly on their own CS survey. As a consolation, however, upon providing all of the unnerving details of the evening to our Event Coordinator (who was in fact quite professional and nice!), he offered us back 50% of the cost of what we paid to have them DJ at our reception. He took the time to listen to our concerns and dealt with the issues directly (i.e. with the DJ). So ultimately, this may have been a "one-off" experience, but it was certainly enough for me to not recommend them to anyone else in the future.

Flashpoint kept the dance floor going alll night long! The DJ was fabulous! He played every song I had requested on my list, and then some. He even got Grandmas and Grandpas dancing! I would definitely recommend their services again. They have a very reasonable Stag & Doe and Wedding package.

Our DJ did everything we could have hoped for. From announcements, to coordinating with the MC, to using the dry ice machine, and playing an amazing mix of music! Very accomodating and no mileage fees!

Very good service. They are in the toronto area but came all the way to cobourg with no milage charge,on room charge and there prices are very reasonable.

They were very pleasant and professional. The DJ used for our wedding was great with the crowd. I also like the fact we were able to pick songs we wanted them to play,as well as their music.

Overall I recommend them to anyone.
