Terrible customer service with 30-60 minute wait times to get a hold the only person who manages the registry, Tiffany. Tiffany does not return phone calls and promises to fix things, but never does. Case in point, it has been ten months and we still are misssing a gift that was back ordered. Additionally guests complained to us that when they purchased gifts for us in Z Gallerie stores, that the sales associates did not know how to ring up registry items. As a result, we received lots of duplicate gifts. Too bad, because their merchandise is great.
