We offer outdoor ceremonies with breathing sceneries, like this view of the Rogativa. This location is a National Park Service managed area, were we assist our brides with the required paperwork and make this a smooth transition for the day of the wedding.

Rented Chairs
Salón Campeche, this unique room was the original Church of the Convento. Now the location for many special and enchanting weddings. 
This event room is a living piece of art, a story told true the many paintings with poetry around the walls, lightings and garden vases.
Salón Martorell is a small event room that is great for destination weddings from 10 to 40 guests in elegant plated dinner.
The many color transitions around this room make it simple to decorate, you may have a center piece in all your tables that just gives a touch of simple beauty or give it a bit more of an extravagant look.

Antonio Martorell Design and Art: Salón Martorell
This is our newly renovated, Salón Paoli.
This “Rose” beauty is a great fit for weddings from 40 to 80 guest wedding receptions. This event room offers a foyer location for cocktails, buffets and “pabellon” welcome cocktail area just next to our inner courtyards canopy. Giving brides the opportunity to have their ceremonies with in the hotel and alternate cocktail areas.
Cathedral ceremonies just a quick walk away from the hotel. Located just in front of the hotel, this is a simple transition from the ceremony to the reception.
Centro de Estudios Avanzados
Just a stroll away from the hotel, this inner courtyard is a great location for weddings of 80 guests and up.
Our Catering Managers offer this location for brides who are looking for that romantic location with the vintage feel. -

Nestled in the heart of Old San Juan, El Convento is a small luxurious hotel with old world charm and character. The staff (front desk staff, manager, restaurant servers, housekeeping)at El Convento provided the highest quality service. It seemed like everyone knew our names and guests names. We felt pampered, the turndown service-chocolate on your pillow, free beverage lounge – wine, tea, unlimited water was a nice perk. The scenery is serene, relaxing with a beautiful courtyard. The location is convenient for shopping, and sightseeing. When we went to the beach in Condado had access to accomodations at El Convento’s sister hotel La Concha (towels, chairs on beach ,pool, bar, restaurants, etc…) I couldn’t ask for more. El Convento is worth every penny.
