Given that I got my start as a club DJ, my wedding performances embrace the singular quality of live turntable mixing, in which I blend everything from Motown, classic rock, party hip-hop, oldies and 80's pop/new wave to the more modern top 40 and indie pop/rock genres. Taking my cue from the tastes of the bride- and groom-to-be, each set is custom-built with songs that are meant to capture the essence of the newly married couple and the party -- however casual or unrestrained -- they've always envisioned. That's not to suggest on-the-fly requests aren't accommodated, however; I arrive on-site to each performance well-equipped with an extremely deep database of generation-spanning music and a penchant for reading the vibe of the crowd to ensure the dance floor never takes a breather ... unless, the bride and groom request that of me, of course.
