Punta Cana Dreams Resort

we went to Punta Cana Dreams Resort. The beaches were beautiful. The negative was the decor of the room. The bed was hard, the door to the patio was broken, the pillows were flat and uncomfortable. Concierge was NO HELP!! We made the best of it and loved our time there, despite the negatives.
