We chose Cassandra's because as a baker myself, good tasting cake was necessary and out of all of the area cake bakers we tried, hers was the moist delicious, moist cake I had ever encountered. We did chocolate ganache covered chocolate cake with espresso mousse filling it was sinfully good--there were many comments from guests about how good their cake was and if they could take seconds!! Extremely reasonable in price (550 for 100 people including chocolate covering and sugar and fondant design)
