This cake was for an engagement party. The flower design was made to match the design on the invitations. The flowers are piped royal icing on white fondant.
This is a whimsical topsy-turvy style cake for a birthday party with an "Alice in Wonderland" theme. The cake is covered in fondant with gum paste details. The "hat" was chocolate cake with a dark chocolate ganache, and the "teapot" was yellow cake with lemon curd and fresh reaspberries. The "tea cup" was white cake with vanilla buttercream. 
The cake is the pot with fondant "moss" and sugar orchids. 
All of the shells on the cake are white chocolate. 
This topsy turvy cake was for a sweet 16 birthday. All of the accents and details are fondant. -
