Gail @ Cheesecakes, Etc. = FABULOUS! We loved her from the very beginning, our initial consultation, and still love her months after our big day! The cake was stunning and we received so many compliments on the taste- a major factor for choosing the perfect cake! She was a pleasure to work with and I have no doubt we'll use her shop for future events that require special treats! Love her & our gorgeous cake!

Gail made me feel comfortable from the start - she's warm and knowledgeable, and she just happens to be a fabulous cake decorator, too. Did I mention how AMAZING her buttercream frosting is? We had a plain cake - vanilla pound cake with buttercream - but it was the BEST cake I've ever had.
