Hickory is a full service comfort food and barbecue style restaurant featuring off-site wedding catering throughout the Hudson Valley and Southern New York State as well as on-site rehearsal dinners & showers. We feature traditional wedding set-ups as well as pig roasts, buffets and events for the budget conscious. Hickory caters over 20 weddings a season and can easily provide many references of happy customers who comtinue to come to us to celebrate other life events.
