Private Complex of Luxury Houses:

We do offer you a unique facility: a private compound of luxury houses on the Caribbean ocean in the heart of the Mexican Rivera Maya.

Here you can plan your events and parties centered around the magnificent Casa Romero villa. No need to “pack up” at some pre-determined hour: the place is yours to enjoy throughout the night and into the morning.

With 12 bedrooms, 17 bathrooms, and 5 pools, we can often hold an entire wedding party on site: you decide how many or how few you want and only pay for the houses you need. For large groups, we also have another large villa with 5 bedrooms two doors down (sometimes this works out well for a groom’s family). If you have an even larger group, there are several other villas in the immediate area and we can work with our neighbors to find everyone the perfect place to stay.

Of course, we can accommodate even the smallest group at an affordable price: the choices are yours!

Unique Destination Wedding Venue in a Tropical Paradise

We are not your typical destination in that we do not try to push you into a package plan: we do not even have any "packages". Instead, we work closely with you and/or your wedding planner and then follow your instructions. You can bring your own wedding planner or we can put you in contact with Jennifer who listens first, and then works with you to figure out what will be best within your budget.

Free Wedding Planning Vacation

Want to “check it out” first? No problem. Take advantage of our Wedding Planning Vacation! Come on a Saturday or Sunday and stay for 4-5 nights. Bring up to three additional people. Get to know the area over the weekend, and then start to plan your wedding in Paradise on Monday. Before you leave you will have complete plans and detailed costs for everything.

If you commit to renting our main villa (Casa Romero) and at least two of the houses for your wedding, your Planning Vacation rental is on us!

Book Early

If possible, we encourage our brides (and grooms) to book early. Our private complex is popular and we allow reservations up to a year in advance for vacationers and up to 18 months in advance for weddings and reunions. Our main villa (Casa Romero) is popular with both vacationers and weddings and we would hate to see it booked for the exact week you want for your celebrations.

Our best rates are in the Fall (September through mid-November) and good rates in the summer (May through August). New Years week is the most popular (and most expensive) and the high season runs from mid November through the end of April.

We can provide the best rates for Saturday to Saturday (many weddings are held mid-week so that people can enjoy and relax both before and after the festivities). However, our goal is to provide you with exactly what you want and we try to be as flexible as possible.

The Perfect Location

We are located in the small town of Akumal directly on the Caribbean Ocean in the heart of the beautiful Mexican Riviera Maya. Only 60 miles south of Cancun airport, the town is worlds away from the hustle and bustle of the party towns of Cancun and Playa del Carmen. In fact, it is the only place that retains the old laid-back, relaxed atmosphere that existed before the resorts took over much of the coast.

With lots to do in this family-friendly jewel, you can relax on the beaches, enjoy the many restaurants and boutiques, go to any of the nearby attractions including Mayan ruins, or, you can just kick back in your private complex and relax.
