If you want a videographer that will not finish your wedding video until after your 1st year anniversary, will have a hard time communicating with due to lack of response via phone and email, and provide with shaky image quality videos, than this will your choice of videographer.

On their webpage, they state that “Silver Media films may take months to complete” but instead they should state Silver Media films may take a MINIMUM of 12 months to complete. We receive our copy of the reprise on our 1 year anniversary. This is just the reprise and not the whole wedding video.

The overall quality of the video was average due to the shakiness of the video. During our vows, the video image was very shaky -- meaning the camera was moving up and down. Silver Media needs to use an image stabilizer and/or a tripod to help with this problem. Considering how much we paid, the video should be perfect, not just average. Silver Media did not catch this major mistake, so we had to request them to edit the video. After the edit, Silver Media was able to fix the shaky part after the wedding vows but they could NOT fix the shakiness of the video during the overall portion of the vows. After so much headache dealing with these people, we have come to accept our imperfect wedding and move on with life... We could not stand to deal with the people at the company any more. The cost of dealing with these people was going to far more than the outcome of only a better video -- not perfect. BTW, I think the vow part is the most important part of the wedding, therefore this is a serious issue.

Further, what was most painful was the lack of communication. Each time we tried to contact Silver Media, they would not pick up the phone. You can only leave a voicemail and hope that they will reply via email (not call you back) in about two weeks – that is if you didn’t call them at least twice to get a response. Additionally, each time you call, they give you some story about how they are so very sorry about not being able to get you the video on time or sent to the correct address… Every single time you call, there is always some excuse – always… This gets quite old after an entire year of waiting.
