Robidoux Landing Playhouse

Our reception. This facility is a dinner theater that is well known in St. Joseph under its previous name- The Ice House Theater. What a unique place! It's on the smaller side (fits 90-110) but it was perfect for us. It has such a vintage feel and the atmosphere is something like you've never seen at other weddings. Our guests loved it. We did all of our own decorations and it looked awesome. I like it because you didn't have to dress it up a whole lot like you do at rental halls. It already has a lot provided. However....warning! warning! warning! We had several problems with the manager Jeff. While he seemed to have forgotten all sense of his manners when addressing us, he has no business dealing with the public! Connie is the one you want to deal with and avoid Jeff at all cost. Make sure everything is spelled out in your contract, because Jeff will keep your deposit without warning for whatever reason he can come up with! It's a shame we had a bad experience with Jeff after the event because we would have recommended this facility to anyone!
