Flowers by Cathy

I was referred by a family member. I placed my order with Cathy, mailed her the required deposit and thought all was fine until the day of the wedding. She said she was unable to contact me and required payment in full a month before my wedding date. She failed to tell me that in our previous conversation nor did she specify that on my deposit receipt. Very disappointed. I didn't even get an apology.
