JC Penney did a good job with my hair in the end, but scared me at first when the lady they scheduled me with told me to hurry up talking to my flower girl because she had another client in 30 minutes. They found me another hair stylist who was 5 star and did a great job, though so everything worked out in the end.
Pretty awful experience. Their employees are not knowledgeable about the registry. The machines don't work half the time. The registry printouts are IMPOSSIBLE to read and follow. They drastically increased the prices on the things we registered for so that they were not affordable for our guests to buy - we have proof of this price-fixing! The products we registered for are good quality, although many were out of stock only a few months (like 3) after we registered, so now we can't complete our registry.
