Bridges

Bridges was amazing to with with!!! They took care of us from day one!! The food was delicious the day of the wedding. They took care of the cocktail hour, dinner and cake serving. I can't say enough good things about them!! I would recommend to any bride and groom! They will do as many taste tests as you would like to do. I would say the only downfall is the taste testing is only during the week in the afternoon.

The Bridges staff did an amazing job. Everything was out when we needed it even though our schedule got a little mixed up...Every interaction from beginning to end was very professional and timely. Everybody told us how great the food was. And they use hard plastic plates and real silverware-most of the caterers we talked to use disposable...even though our ceremony and reception were outside we still didn't want disposable! We would recommend them to anybody!

The people at Bridges were very nice and easy to work with. The food was well seasoned and tasty. We had a sit down dinner of lemon pepper chicken. The only problem was that, after the wedding, we heard several reports that guests' chicken wasn't fully cooked. When we contacted them about this, they assured us that all of the chicken was cooked to the required temperature and that the pink apperance of the food was no indication of it being undercooked.
