Worst experience ever. The owner (Chris) was so rude to us for no reason. We went to find bridemaid dresses and felt bullied. We had to walk out after only 20 minutes. Terrible!

Chris and Tina and staff treated me like a queen. You get star treatment here and I would definately recommend going here to look for wedding gown or bridesmaids dresses

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

My friend found her wedding dress at this shop and asked the owner Chris if he would give us a discount on the 5 bridesmaid dresses we were thinking of ordering. As someone from 6 hours out of town it was least convenient for me to have a dress ordered in Toronto, but Chris said he would give us 10% off, so we all ordered from his shop. Now that the dress has come in, not only is Chris not honouring the discount he said he would give us, but the dress has gone up in price! When I called to ask Chris about the discount he promised us, he proceeded to tell me he didn’t have time for my “claims” and that other customers were waiting and he hung up on me. I will never order from this shop again.
