Bill's Bodacious Bar-B-Q

Our wedding had a fishing theme(an elegant fishing theme, not redneck), since that interest brought Mark and I together. And coming from South Carolina we just knew we had to have fried catfish on the menu. After a trip to the gun range, Mark best friend took him to this little place in Renton for lunch. When Mark came home he said he had to take me there, that they had incredible catfish...he did, and it was like going back home. Bill and Carol and wonderful people and so easy to work with. Not only do they have incredible catfish, they have a smoked prime rib that is out of this world, plus their prices beat anyone else we had interviewed. Bill fried the catfish on site, and in addition we also had smoked chicken, baked macaroni and cheese, tossed green salad, and corn bread. This ol' southen' belle was in pure heaven.
