Poffie Girls

I actually wish that I could give Poffie Girls 0 stars, but I am okay with the 1 star due to the fact that the two ladies that helped me correct all of the lies and mistakes made by the owners and management were wonderful. I will not go in to details but I have never felt more disrespected in my life. I honestly felt like a plus-sized dollar sign every time I walked in to that store and had any contact with the management. This was the biggest mistake I made during the wedding planning process.

This dress shop is an established, respected company that's been in business for over 25 years. They are the friendliest women you'll ever meet, they have a great selection, and they do everything they can to make you feel like the most special bride in the world. Alterations were great and reasonably priced, and they pressed my dress for free before the big day. Highly recommended!!

It's a short drive from Charlotte, but it was worth being able to see a large selection of dresses and gowns, not to mention the surprisingly low prices! The staff has that down home Southern charm and are always helpful. The seamstress... WOW! She had to take of 5" off the bottom of my lace gown and when I picked it up you couldn't tell that it didn't come this way originally. They also have a large selection of bridesmaid, flower girl, and even prom dresses too.
