Kleinfelds

Although pricey, I was extremely happy I went to Kleinfelds to get my dress. They had a big selection of plus size dresses and I loved my consultant, Keisha.

Had to go to NY to get my dress, Kleinfeld has become a family tradition. Excellent service and quality second to none.

I had only 4 months left until my wedding and my original gown was a disaster! The small bridal shop I had purchased from returned my deposit. I went to Kleinfeld's and Rosaria (the consultant) listened to my dilemma and within 45 minutes I had the dress of my dreams (even better than the first one). The Kleinfeld staff ensured that my dress arrive on time. They have phenomenal customer service from the minute you enter the store to the minute you leave!

Once a bride has her dress, she knows how her wedding will come together. Kleinfeld's made the process so easy for us. I did not know anything about this legendary bridal retailer, but learned very quickly that we were in the right place. What was intended to be a exploratory visit was over within the first hour. We had "the dress!" Because of the professionalism of our consultant, Diane, the second dress my daughter tried on was the one we purchased. Diane zeroed in on my daughter's style, and we didn't waste time on dresses that would not have worked. The alterations department did an excellent job fitting the dress, and the whole experience was professional, personal and a treasured memory.

As I walked into Kleinfeld (the 12th dress store I went to while looking for a wedding dress), my first thought was "wow... i will probably not be able to afford anything!" After talking with my consultant... she brought me a dress and as I put it on... I automatically knew it was "the one." It was my style and most importantly my budget. Kleinfeld, however, gave me more than finding my wedding dress. Before my dress arrived, my grandmother became very ill and I knew she would not make it to my wedding. Kleinfeld pressed and packed the sample dress and provided a driver to take me to my grandma (in the hospital) so I can try on the dress and show her what it was going to look like before she passed away. They treated me like family and for this I will forever be grateful to Kleinfeld!!!

What can I say bout Kleinfeld's that most brides don't already know. Amazing selection! Camille was a wonderful sales consultant who helped me find the dress of my dreams after only trying on 3 dresses and giving her a generic idea about what I wanted. Josephine altered my dress and was so sweet and efficient! No problems whatsoever- and my dress was exactly what I wanted with the custom finishes! Although I paid more here than most brides might want or be able to- it was worth every single penny!
