I had everything planned for the wedding with detailed instructions for the day of. I needed a company that could come in and follow through with them so my family and myself wouldn't have to. Unfortunately my family felt like the ladies just gave orders to them instead of carry out my wishes themselves. They suggested a seamstress that did not bustle my dress correctly and spilled coffee all over the back of my dress. Mrs. Hogan (the seamstress) denied it and I never got my refund.
