The Gown Gallery

I was getting married in Lincoln but live in Kansas City so I knew I wanted to look for a dress down here. Each visit to Gown Gallery was fantastic. The girls that work there are all very nice, you are offered mimosas, juice, water and cookies when you sit down for your appointment. I worked with Eboni when I was looking for my gown and she was fantastic. I was prepared with photos of dresses I liked and she took that into consideration. On the first visit there, I found a gown that I really liked, but when my mom and I went back again to see if there was another I might like more, Eboni remembered a gown that was on their sample sale rack that she thought would be perfect, and it was! Eboni was positive and willing to work with me until we found the absolute perfect dress. The alterations process was similarly wonderful. They were always very helpful. I wish I had another reason to go back and find a fancy gown because I would definitely return here!

great selections and the staff is amazing!

I waited for over an hour to try on wedding dresses at this location when arrived at my scheduled appointment time. When I finally did get help the lady helping me was very rude and left me multiple times to talk to others around the shop during my appointment. She completely ignored what I stated as my budget and when I said I wanted stay on target with it she made a rude comment about scrapping money together to buy a dress. Then she found the cheapest dresses in the store for me to try on. It was a very insulting experience and I would never recommend this store to anyone. Good thing I saw the designer of the dress that I had to "scrap the money together for" when I was there because I went straight to another vendor and bought it.

The service was excellent. Sharon and her staff took great care of my bridal party and the dresses that we ordered.
