First of all,to get the picture straight,my daughter was NOT a bridezilla.We have all had the patience of a saint in dealing with this man and his very irresponsible behavior.It was quite obvious to him that he ruined the wedding with all the empty promises as well as the inexperience of his employees.DJ Serge PROMISED to PERSONALLY dj my daughter's wedding. He sent 2 inexperienced kids instead. They told us this was the third time he pulled that with them. To start, they mixed up the introduction and procession with the recession music. Maid of honor walked in to 2 different songs. Bride walked in the 2 different songs, which stopped DEAD in the middle and started over. Her mother in law was announced and walked into "Juicy" by Notorious BIG (!) and not the requested song. They tried to leave an hour earlier even though contract stated "til end". We had not even had cake yet. They only played about 20% of requested music. The rest was THEIR choice. MY daughter had to remind them 2x to play the father daughter dance song which they had no clue about. After OVER 3 months of trying to contact Serge via phone, we were stunned that he had not had the coutesy and dignity to return our calls. His secretary constantly screened his calls and had an excuse why he would not call back. We surely will never refer him to ANYBODY no matter how impressive his website or his radio show may be. Brides beware.

i would have given him 5 stars, but Serg himeslef, who promised me he would be there, didn't even show AND didn't even call to apologize. Now if he can do something liek that to a good friend's sister, don't count on him showing up if your a stranger!
