Janna is really passionate about her work. She had great suggestions & ideas. Everything turned out better than we expected. She’s a true artist, and she is a great person to work with.

She was the worst vendor that I had. I could barely get in contact with her once she recieved my deposit. She would only respond by emails. I sent her my credit card information through email to pay off the last part of the balance. A week before the wedding she charged my card an additional $1100 stating there were items she forgot to include in the original budget. I asked for my money back, told her that I was disputing the charges, & she would never return my calls. I didn’t even know if she was going to still do the flowers for my wedding. She finally sent me an email stating that she would be there but this is the two days before my wedding. She shows up to the location, my flowers are not as we discussed. She didn’t meet up with the hotel coordinator. She just brought the flowers and left. She left our bridal bouquets in the hotel lobby but thank goodness we found them before they were stolen. If you want a stress free wedding, then try another florist.
