Aberdeen Catering

Jack is a very talented caterer and all the food was fabulous. We also chose him in order to use his extensive collection of vintage china. But he is really hard to get in touch with and is very old-school (i.e. no email, website, etc). Thank goodness my Mom has the patience of a saint because if I had had to deal with him I would have torn my hair out. Also, he doesn't do tastings. Like I said, his food is awesome, but he's not that easy to work with.

Aberdeen catering company is run out of Camden, South Carolina by the exceptionally talented chef, Jack Brantley. They have a large array of upscale menu items including my favorites; beef tenderloin, quail, brie rounds and tortellini. If you have been to a black tie affair or the mayor's ball in South Carolina's capital, Columbia, then you have tasted Jack Brantley's catering. He's the best!
