Leatherworks Catering

I was VERY disappointed with the caterer. They were there when the reception started, but didn't seem to have ANY idea what to do because the boss wasn't there, and the food wasn't there. The hors doevres didn't show up until 30 minutes after the reception started, and they were supposed to be passed on trays, but they set them up on a table in the corner. They were also supposed to be passing champagne on trays, but didn't. They didn't make several of the items on the menu that were agreed upon. They didn't bring enough fruit skewers (dessert) for the guests even though there were less guests than anticipated. They were asked not to make anything with mango due to allergy issues, and the chicken had a mango salsa on it, and the fruit skewers also had mango. I spent a good part of the night in the kitchen trying to get the caterers to do their jobs. Very upset!!
