Joey Dels was very flexible and accomodating. We had over 430 guests and there was more than enough food. We had chicken cordon bleu and roast beef. Joey Dels is very experienced and we had all of our guests through the buffet lines within 15-20 minutes. We had many compliments on the food. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!
