Atmosphere Events was professional and easy to work with from start to finish. Joe guided us through the planning stages and took time to answer all of our questions and gave really helpful suggestions. We were able to plan through the written song requests guide Atmosphere Events provided. When the big day came, DJ Max made the party unforgettable! His positive, upbeat attitude was exactly what we needed after dealing with the stress of all the wedding reception details. He set up everything on time, the lighting and gobo looked amazing, and he played all the songs we requested! We are super happy with DJ Max who kept everyone dancing all night long! We are very satisfied with the Atmosphere Events team and highly recommend them for any occasion!

We used Atmosphere Events for lighting, dance floor and DJ services. DJ Paxton was our DJ and did an amazing job with keeping the crowd happy, pumped, and on the dance floor. Our wedding party and guests are big dancers so it was crucial to have a solid DJ. He played exactly what we wanted and did a great job mashing up the music and not playing basic typical wedding music you sometimes get at weddings. Lighting had dance floor was adjusted the day of in our favor because originally we planned to have it on the grass but the venue re did their venue a bit and enabled us to have it right next to the doors of the banquet hall. It worked out perfectly and we were very happy of the location and the look of the dance floor and lighting outside. Thank you Joe and Atmosphere Events! Annie and Kevin Garrett

I can't say enough good things about Joe and Atmosphere Events. From day one Joe has been responsive, patient, and helpful. He is a highly organized professional who is also flexible and personable.

Even when guests caused a little drama on the big day, Joe and his partner remained calm, professional, and gracious. I couldn't have asked for better people to helm the reception. The lighting was beautiful, the music was spot on for the event, and every dollar spent with Atmosphere events was completely worth it.

I can't imagine the reception have gone so well with any other company. Save yourself the time of looking further and go with Joe!

First of all DJ Joe has a deep clear voice that exudes fun and excitement and draws everyone onto the dance floor! His package deal gave us just what we needed to make the night special and light up the room with up lighting all along the walls and dance floor lighting for that special effect, pinpoint lighting for the cake and great music sound for the perfect party atmosphere! The groom even got to design his own Gobo. DJ Joe listened to our requests and offered suggestions and when we left his showroom we walked away with confidence that He would be running the event and we could relax and enjoy our daughter's wedding reception. DJ Joe kept in communication with the caterers at the Majestic Garden Hotel in Anaheim and the event timeline flowed like clockwork. The bride and groom even got to sneak out for a few quick firework photo's without people noticing they were gone, because they were having so much fun! I would recommend Atmosphere Events and DJ Joe for all your special events

Joe was fantastic at reading the room and keeping everyone on the dance floor all night. The lighting was great too and really made it feel like a fun party! We all had a blast!

We were so disappointed in this DJ. We hired him for our daughter's wedding in Long Beach Sep 7. He assured our daughter that he had worked this venue before. Hard to believe because he did not bring enough speakers to cover the three rooms. The venue wedding coordinator said she had never seen a DJ have any difficulty before and this location is used for weddings almost exclusively. The audio feedback during the ceremony was really bad and even interrupted the vocalist singing Ave Maria. He was told that the bouquet toss was for all women yet still announced it as for ladies only. He was also told no chair for garter toss, but still brought out a chair. The volume on the music was so loud that people went outside to escape it. When he was asked to lower the volume, he said it was not his fault, that the ceiling was too high. My husband finally yelled at him to lower the volume and he did a little. His announcements were very difficult to understand because the volume was so high. Because of this many people missed the announcements for cake cutting/bouquet toss/garter toss, which was really sad. His actions were rude in that he did not listen and made excuses.

We went with a DJ package for our wedding & were thrilled! From the very beginning Atmosphere Entertainment was professional & accommodating. Joe was more than happy to work with our moderate budget, & made himself personally available to have an in person consultation with us. Going into this meeting, we had not agreed to go with Atmosphere, but after talking to Joe we just felt so good we made the booking then & there. My husband is in the entertainment business, & has done DJ work himself, & was still extremely impressed.

Our DJ was Richard, & he was just wonderful. He had a smile on his face all night, & was extremely professional. When my family asked him to turn down the volume while we were eating, he did, but touched base with us to let us know why it was a bit low. He also didn't turn it up super loud and blow out our eardrums while we were dancing. There was no mic feedback AT ALL, & he stuck strictly to our genre playlist. Somehow he was able to make smooth transitions between swing, top 40, adult alternative, & classic rock. We also had a "do not play list" that he politely stuck to, even when party guests specifically requested those songs. Richard called us the day before to touch base & verify our song selections, & even performed some DJ wizardry to convert a music file so we could have the exact version of a song we wanted. He approached me personally to ask if I had any requests, which he played immediately following our conversation. He checked in with us throughout the night in an extremely unobtrusive way to ensure that everything went smoothly, & he even let use his microphone for toasts when the one provided by our venue kept cutting out.

Everyone we chatted with at Atmosphere was just wonderful, even the lady who works in the front office... THANK YOU Atmosphere Entertainment for providing excellent customer service, a super polite and friendly DJ, & for giving us one less thing we had to think about on our big day!
