The dresses we received were fantastic, but I believe this was more the quality of the company (Dessy) than the salon. Instead, the salon got our order wrong first, and then lost second. They called two of my bridesmaids and told them they still owed a full amount, scaring each, who both had to take time to MAIL IN a copy of their credit card statements in order for the store to believe they had already made a payment; this should not have happened when it was the store's fault - and for TWO of them!
Also, my bridesmaids and I were all out of town; they would not ship a single dress until all of them were paid for, so because one girl was out of the country when they came in, all girls had much less time to receive their dresses and get alterations.
Don't work with these people! There are other places in town with far better services (for example, the Bridal Connection in Rolling Oaks Mall will bend over backwards to help you).
Tiffani is very personable and seems extremely capable. She will also offer to do far more than other planners will. However, if what you are looking for is someone to take the stress off, look elsewhere.
Tiffani was not good about keeping on top of appointments and bookings; there were multiple occasions I would ask repeatedly about arranging something, and after *months* I finally gave in and did it myself. There were also times when I was told things were arranged, but in fact, they were not (so when I depended on them, appointments did not exist, and vendors did not come through).
If you go with Tiffani, make sure that you have it in your contract exactly what she will be in charge of doing, and give her timelines. Otherwise, she will wait until THE last week to get everything in line, and sometimes that is far too late.
Tiffani is remarkable with flowers. She has an eye for the design and a way of making them both classy and very unique. She will also get you the flowers and do the arrangements for far less than you'll pay at most florists. :)
If I could give a zero on this, I would. If you call this company and speak to someone in the Austin office, then you will be fine - they are very helpful. However, if you get ahold of Joyce, STAY AWAY. She WILL do a terrible job on your wedding.
She was rude to my guests, showed up an hour late, broke the contract when our second photographer did not show, and cut the entire wedding short (literally) when she threatened to leave without our getaway if we didn't do it when she said we had to.
She also then took 6 weeks to even get us our prints (and that was really the Austin office who helped us out to finally do that), and the editing never got done.
She will take your money and run!
