Great location on Sayulita's main beach. Views are unmatched. The sometimes slow service was a little bit disappointing (no refills on bath soap until we asked). The restaurant on site also had exTREMELY slow service -- better to eat in town elsewhere. The hotel owner however was great and the front desk staff were awesome.

Lucie's name was given to us via the hotel (Playa Fiesta). She is actually French CAnadian which was awesome because we are from Canada. She was definitely quick to communicate via email in terms of the process of the ceremony and asked us our preferences (i.e. spiritual vs. denominational). She even went out into town to get us a traditional Mexican rosary beads for our ceremony. The only sad part is, we were so focused on our vows to each other, we had hardly a chance to say hi to Lucie before she left after the ceremony.

Please contact Playa Fiesta should you wish to have Christie do your hair and make up. She took as much time as needed during the pre=wedding day trial for me to be satisfied with the hair and makeup for the big day. On the day of the wedding, she even was able to squeeze in appointments for the hair for the MOB and MOG. All the bridesmaids also were happy with how their hair turned out. She even loaned me some of the lip colour that she used for the day after for another photoshoot in town.

Amazing photographer! Super friendly and a true artist based in Seattle. We worked with her and her husband (who is a second shooter). She knows her stuff and her experience was evident when we had to quickly get bridal party shots working against the sunset with only handful of minutes to spare. I would definitely work with her again!
