My first visit to Parque España was actually during our prenup pictorial shoot last September. The staff are polite and unobtrusive, and the view from the rooftop is fantastic.
Three months after, my husband and I stayed at Parque España Residence Hotel Alabang on our wedding night last Christmas Eve. We didn’t get to see the rooms during our prenup, but I know that our accommodation was supposed to have dining and kitchen facilities, cable TV, and all the usual stuff because it said so on their brochure. My husband, who was already checked in the night before the wedding, just said the room was nice, and I headed there after the wedding expecting standard amenities. So I was definitely surprised to find a dining area with a table for four, a living room, and the kitchen (complete with kitchen appliances) and bedroom in separate rooms. It was huge for just the two of us. It was like being in a condo. I think I could actually live there na. There were two cable TVs so we didn’t have to argue over the remote. Hahaha! I love the feel of the room. It’s true what they say on the website. I just wanted to put my feet up. It really was like being home. I would love to stay there again. =)

Our "pamamanhikan" lunch caterer. We love anything that comes out of the Juncel kitchen!

We had some communication problems with this supplier along the way, which was upsetting. We are grateful that our Holy Family-motif souvenirs turned out very well despite that and minor deviation from the specs. The rating I post here is more for the quality of the output.

A heartfelt thanks to Mr. and Mrs. Ver Miranda for their outstanding customer service. So easy to talk to and so accommodating. We are grateful for the wonderful job they did on the symbols of our love. We love our wedding rings so much! We definitely did not regret choosing them. Thank you!

We can’t say thank you to Jack & Jenn Catering enough.
It might have been luck—or divine intervention. We got to know about Jack & Jenn Catering at exactly the right time during the planning period for our Christmas Eve 2010 wedding. They offer a wide range of services—everything you would ever need for your event—and packages at reasonable costs. But more than that, Jack & Jenn Catering offers you support, advice and friendship during your preparations. Their superwoman, Ms. Jenne Rabe-Alleva, has been a blessing from the time we first met. A professional friend, if there is such. In the middle of her busy schedule, she finds time to answer all our long (and we mean loooooong) emails and random text messages. She was also our fantastic host during our reception program.
We extend our heartfelt thanks to Ms. Anna, who has been of much assistance during our prenup shoot and other transactions along the way. We also thank her OTD staff: Ms. Michelle, Ms. Rachel and Ms. Joan (goodness, did we get the names right?) who have truly been our wedding angels. After weeks of pressure during the preps, the wedding day itself was suddenly almost totally stress-free for us, and we were really able to enjoy ourselves and our special day. Thank you to the catering staff, moving along in the background, who seem well-trained and were attentive to our needs but not intrusive. And of course, Ms. Mavel whom we first came in contact with back in October 2009, when we made our first inquiry.
Thank you very much, Jack & Jenn. It has been a blessing that we found you.
P.S. We love the Roast Beef with Corn and the Grilled Pork with Beer and Honey. Must try dishes on their menu! Oh, and the Corn and Quail Egg Soup. That was the only thing we were able to eat while the reception program was underway. Hahaha! =)
